Create push messages

How to create a message​

To create a message, you need to click the [+ Create Push] button in the Message Push column.

After clicking Create, a message form will appear on the right side, where merchants need to fill in the message title, content, image, application, as well as channel and remarks. The image size ratio column must be 600*300, and the image is not required.

After filling it out, click Submit to generate a message, and if you are not satisfied with the message you created, you can also edit it.

Message push form​

In the message push form, merchants can provide an overview of the created message title, content, and application and channel information.

  • Title：The title first catches the user's eye, and it is recommended to insert applicable keywords. The length of the title is generally about 20 characters and cannot exceed 50 characters.
  • Content：The text contains a maximum of 100 characters and a maximum of 1000 characters.
  • Application：Merchants need to select users who have entered the application installation page or installed the application to push, so as to effectively push.This function allows you to select multiple applications to push the same message.
  • Channel：Select the channel links you want to promote. The channel link needs to be created to get the promotion link in App Management .
